One should not believe everything
a minister announces.
Often they just tell untruth, not direct lies, burt certainly not the truth;
it is difficult whether they do that knowingly or not.
One thing is true; they are not stupid. And when they have blurted something
out, later on it mostly proves that is was just a *tentative proposal* , just
to see how we react to bad news.
They appear not to give much consideration about the *interest of the people*:
The only thing they are interested in is a balancing budget, no matter the

It is true, that a minister has very little free time, and has to read many
documents, and chooses the easy way by listening to what the bureaucratic
civil servants him whisper in the ear.
*Homeopathy is just plain water and it is terrible that physicians are prescribing

was probably such a *tentative proposal*.
The farmaceutical industry is for years occupied in killing the threatening

it is forbidden to sell nutritional food supplements like vitamins, etc in

be a vivid black market in nutritional food supplements will come.

Obviously those foolish civil servants did not know, that water
is a very good carrier of information.
