Antenna policy
The image below shows an antenna on a 3 floor appartment building radiating directly into another much higher building. That is a-social.
Below a photo of the concerning phone mast taken from the higher appartment building.
This is proof of a negligent and failing antenna policy. The responsable authorities just don't look at nothing.
The antenna just stands in the
middle of the roof of the flat.
Nobody cares, whether the radiation indeed goes *over* the other buildings.
The further on parking roof of a shopping centre will be *served*, but the
flat from which this photo is taken, stands directly in and over the radiation
beams in stead of under the beams.
As soon as the inhabitants get different health complaints, nobody makes a
connection.
Nobody of the city or community
looks after such matters.
And nobody is permitted to have an insight in the plans, where those transmittors
are *planned*. .
This is certainly not proper management
.
The *Antennebureau*, the instance
where all the providers must register their antennas, seems to know very little
about antennas. When you have found an antennatypenumber from some drawing
and you ask the Antennebureau who is the manufacturor of this antenna, in
order to look at their website for characteristics, the Antennebureau plays
dummy. That *is all secret.*
I think that it is a wau for hiding their stupidity.
It seems also an impossible
task for finding out the new locations of new transmitters.
That falls also under: *Secret*.
The municipal officials as well as the responsible alderman don't know anything.
They approve everything unseen, because it will be all
right.
But look out when you want to build a dormer window!
Plaatsingsplan
Abroad one may protest against
the installation of GSM/UMTS masts.
There are many burgerinitiatieven or cicil initiatives, who organize that.
We have no say in anything.
Everything under 5 meters is free.
The only thing that works a
little is the so-called Plaatsingsplan. That
goes for flats where several people live. Only the direct inhabitants get
an announcement that antennas will be placed on their roof, and only they
can protest in the procedure. Half plus one inhabitant must have voted against..
Than follows a second round, and when than also half plus one vote has voted
against, the whole circus is posponed for four years.
In practice this does not work. If inhabitants do not fill in anything, their
vote is counted as a -yes-. Many inhabitants feel an obligation for cooperation,
because they think that they cannot phone later on.
It is remarkable, that with the announcements for UMTS masts folder material
for GSM has been distributed. And that is quite something else.
False and spurious is the remark that radiation can do no harm. Regarding
UMTS nothing is known, except the TNO Study.
Notice also, that only the direct
inhabitants may have a say, a participation in this. Not the neighbours who
will be radiated directly. They don't have anything to say. With the result
as the aforementioned pictures.
The inhabitants have been sweetened with the fairy tale of the Pancake, but
for instance the rapports
of Bornkessel show, that directly under the antennas quite
a quantity of radiation is coming down; vfor elektrosensibles in any case
too much.
My suggestion for shielding under the antennas has been rejected by Monet
and the providers.
